Hello Friends,

It is with sadness that I share my sister and brother in laws home in Boise ID burned down on Christas Night. Fortunately the family was in San Diego visiting family, so know one is injured. However the home, all their belongings and car where destroyed in the fire.

If you are able to donate any amount to help them as they look to find a new home, replace their furnishings and clothing…pretty much everything I and our broader family would be so grateful.

Registration is Open for the Fall 4 Week Macro + Movement Program!

What is this? I'm not a virtual nutrition and fitness coach specializing in macro nutrition and progressive overload workouts done at home. Over the past 6 months I've been working 1:1 with clients AND in small groups. The primary focus of the program is to assist folks with weight/fat loss, improve their relationship with food, build a strong and lean body so they can feel good and thrive.

Hello! It’s me Erin 🙂

I’ve been busy trying to figure out what comes next for me and LIFT and I finally have. In the months since the studios closed, I got certified as a nutrition and macro nutrition coach and have built an online progressive overload workout app. I’m offering virtual small group, 1:1 and self supported nutrition and fitness coaching!

LIFT's Final Savasana 🙏

My friends, it is with sadness and difficulty I share that LIFT will not be reopening. I honestly can say, it's hard to type this right now. Please know we tried our best and it's because of all your support we were able to last this long.

LIFT has always placed equal value in LIFTing your body as well and your head and heart. And if we delivered on this promise and you felt what we felt, the past 11 years won't be lost or missed. The Feeling of LIFT will be ours forever!

Unfortunately we won't be able to host any final classes or good bye party in the studio. We have a short window to get all of our belongings out of the studio and are having a liqudation sale with pickups scheduled for next Monday - Wednesday. Please stop by to say hi!

ATTENTION: SCHEDULE CHANGES EFFECTIVE TODAY.

Given the new requirement to wear masks indoors while taking class, a drop of in person attendance, we are making changes to our class schedule to run the business as smartly as we can in an effort to keep LIFTing.

Please check the live schedule. We have removed several in person class options and added live-stream classes for those that feel more comfortable LIFTing at home. IMPORTANT - we want to keep LIFTing with you. We hope you do to. The best way to show your support is to keep your memberships and to attend class in person as much as possible. As in person attendance grows we can consider adding more in person classes to our schedule.

Happy Birthday Nancy! You truly are one-of-a-kind. From your “crugs”, to the attention to detail you pay when planning your classes, in a conversation with a student, in your ability to see and feel for another human in only a way you can. You brighten all of our days every chance we get to be in your presence and we are beyond grateful we’ve had the honor and pleasure of enjoying your company for the past 11 years! We love you!!

Masks Are Back...But We Aren't Going Anywhere!

We keep going no matter what comes our way. That is LIFT. Yes, Santa Clara County has reissued mandates for mask wearing indoors for all people. So...a few things are changing effectively immediately.

- Please wear your mask when inside the studio (this includes during class).
- We've added a few live-stream classes this week and will add more classes on a regular basis if the mask mandate persists.
