DO THIS DAILY AND GET FIT!
I legit haven't taught a class like this in over a decade. During the late 90's and early 2000's, Tae Bo and Cardio Kickboxing was one of the biggest crazes of the fitness industry. I was fortunate enough to learn from my teacher, who was trained under Billy Blanks himself.

This is a killer workout to get your body moving and sweating. It's only 10 minutes too. I legit almost died filming this for you, so do me a favor and do it. Your body will thank you later.
