To Mustangs Nation,
It is with great sadness to inform you that the Northern California Mustangs will not be back to participate in the 2012-2013 season. I would like to thank all of the players, parents and fans for all of your supports along the way.
I would like to give a special thanks to my wife Beatriz Sousa who has always supported me in following my dreams and pursuing passions. I love you for that.
I would also like to thank some great friends Doug & Melanie Wallace, Kristin Appleton, David James (Coach Bubba) and Baltazar Mamon for making this all possible.
To all of the players past, present and future. I hope that you can cherish the memories that we all created, it's what truly made Mustangs hockey what it was all about. Regardless of all of the trials and tribulations in life, you will forever be in my heart. Life is all about reflecting on the good in our lives, and driving yourself to create a better future. Don't be strangers, we will always share a bond no matter where life leads us all next.
As some of you may or might not know, I am in the middle of several new and exciting projects.
1. The first thing is I am getting back into coaching youth hockey. I am extremely humbled and honored to be a part of developing a new youth program called the San Jose Inline Sharks.
2. I have decided to follow my dream and pursue my passion for youth sports globally. I have been working on a new site for a while, and I hope to release it in the next 30-45 days.
The Coach's Corner is a social networking website for all Youth Sports. This is a free membership site to aid and support all athletes, parents, coaches and organizational leaders involved in Youth Sports worldwide.
I hope you all can join and support this project once it's ready to release. If you haven't liked our page please do so at The Coach's Corner. I'd love to hear your feedback. All thoughts and ideas are welcome.
