Thank you, everyone, for taking the time on your days off -including my staff- to take my annual 4th of July workout. 💪🏼🧡🇺🇸🎉

You guys have no idea how happy it made me (I know it doesn’t look like that when I’m teaching)🤣 but it amazes me to see my that we have created throughout these 11 years.🙏🏼🥲

I know we keep growing every month and every year, and milestones and holidays like today always remind me how grateful I am to be in a position to help so many people.

Employee of the month goes to 🎊💪🏼

-My EOM vote goes to Hao! This past month he’s brought tremendous energy to the gym. Even when training, he always says bye to boot camp clients as they leave. Plus, he’s been on his fitness, working out every chance he gets. Keep up the great work, Hao! It's great having you in the gym more often.

-My EOM vote goes to Hao. I have seen Hao excelling on the PT side. He always gives the clients very good and detailed explanations of how to do the exercises and which muscles should be working. I also love how he has been incorporating more active & static stretching and core work with those who need it.
