After an incredible run, Paradigm has officially closed its doors, but the community we built will always be bigger than the walls. Paradigm was never just a gym. It was never just a place to work out, it was the people who showed up day after day and made it what it was. I’m really grateful for all of you and the time we got to share there.

To celebrate everything Paradigm has been, we’re getting together next Saturday:

I cannot emphasize enough how crucial nutrition is for overall health. It plays a key role in reducing the risk of disease, slowing the aging process, boosting energy levels, and improving sleep quality. Fueling your body with the right nutrients is one of the most powerful ways to support a healthier, stronger, and more vibrant life.

Here is a pic of what I bought at the store this morning. I stick to whole foods, minimally processed, variety of colors and organic. Yes, it’s more expensive but you know what’s more expensive then healthy food….dr’s, prescription meds, cancer!
