Keep on being the good because

Your time will come. I believe “at just the right time you will reap a harvest of blessing if you don’t give up” I know it’s felt like forever and it feels terrible sometimes. But right now your character and foundation is being built. It’s not too late it’s just the beginning ❤️

It’s sounds harsh but…

Not all advice is good advice. Most people that give advice have good intentions, but weight the advice carefully by looking at the fruit of their lives. My mentors told me listen to the people who are living the life you want to live.

Example… don’t ask me for advice on running a marathon I’m terrible at running and even my best advice to you can set you up for failure. But if you want to get stronger I’ll get you there!

Just some food for thought. Don’t put anyone down just filter out the info that you need 👌🏽

People in the gym are…

Carrying so much from life and for some this is one of the few safe spaces they have to figure out how to cope with it. Maybe they come to lift for a release or maybe they come to see the community they can connect with.

I don’t know have all the answers on the best way to cope with things but I do know everyone in the gym is carrying something. Thu gym is more than just a place to build your body. Be kind ❤️

When I coach people…

I want them to work from a place where their identity is not tied to their achievements. You don’t need to earn your worth by hitting your goals. You are hitting your gals because you already believe you are worth it.

My care for you as a coach is not earned by your achievements. You already have it I just want you believe you deserve it to.

Do you Ever Look back and…

Realize you somehow made it through all that? You’re resilient and I hope you know that about yourself. I know it’s been a rough ride, but I’m sure because of all you’ve gone through you’ll be able to help others immensely because of it.
