Join our Fall Youth Basketball League!

Hit the hardwood with our knowledgeable sports staff team in youth basketball! Kids learn core basketball skills while practicing teamwork, leadership and making new friends.

As they develop their athletic talents, children also build character, values and confidence through teamwork and discipline in our cod-ed youth sports league.

💛💪 Live Strong is coming to East Valley Family YMCA!

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a small-group physical activity program designed to get adult cancer survivors back on their feet.

Participants meet twice a week for 12 weeks in a safe, supportive environment and experience significant increases in physical activity, overall quality of life and fitness performance as well as decreases in cancer-related fatigue.
