Introducing StrongHER Fridays — a women’s strength club designed to help you build confidence, learn proper lifting technique, and become stronger for life.
This isn’t another cardio class.
This is your opportunity to learn how to:
✅ Lift safely and confidently
✅ Build lean muscle and strength
✅ Improve mobility and core stability
✅ Learn Olympic and powerlifting movements
✅ Train alongside an encouraging community of women
Led by Coach Carmen, each Friday will feature a different strength focus, along with mobility, core training, and accessory work to help you move and feel your best.
Whether you’ve never touched a barbell or you’re looking to improve your technique, this class is for you.
