😑 my body is just wiped out. I tried for the past two weeks to double my running 🏃🏻‍♀️ and add speed workouts and it bit me …..Saturday my body just s**t down and I ran so slow at a 10k yesterday. Big race in 2 weeks so took today and probably tomorrow off 😢.

I am so honored to be photographed by at the Encore Games December 12,2021. Mr Burnett is an award winning photographer who has shot pics of Bob Marley and the Ayatollah just to name drop a couple.
