Join Guild Member Rawiyah, other Guild Member, and other dancers at the Crêpe Place in Santa Cruz on June 27!

Rawiyah fell in love with classic cabaret style Bellydance in 1989 and thanks her teacher Luceen "for a lifetime of love, music and dance." She will be one of our featured soloists on Saturday June 27th along with Lana, Djinn, Krystal, and Alexandra, plus troupes Neshee Dolu, members of Luna Dance Collective, and Jessica Cooper with Azulene. Free show for patio diners 3-5pm

Registration for performances is now open to all dancers! Members of The Belly Dance Guild had early access and to be frank, they snapped up most of the slots, but there are still quite a few left - for now! Anyone can register for a dance performance spot, to pre-recorded music or to live music with the bands The Flairs or Pangia - but you might want to act quickly!

Did you forget to join the Guild so you could take advantage of last week's performer sign-up for Gilded Raqs? Well there are a few spaces left, so you can still register to perform at Gilded Raqs Belly Dance Festival on September 12 or 13 in San Jose. You can choose from either date, either stage, live or recorded music, and a time period. Performers get a discounted admission for the day they perform as well.

You can still become a Member for a discounted fee, as well as the rest of our Gulid Membership benefits, of course!
