Join Applied Pressure Training next week for our Presidents Week ! We put together an exclusive 4-day training focused on player development and performance training! ⛹🏻‍♀️✨

The combine will be from Monday to Thursday (2/20-2/23)

Young Athletes 3rd-5th grade (9 am - 11 am)
Middle school 6th-8th grade (11 am - 1 pm)
High school 9th-12th grade (1 pm - 3 pm)

We'll be covering the following topics:
Shooting Mechanics & Footwork 🤼
Offensive Concepts
Defensive Concepts 🏀
Speed / Agility / Jump Training
Core Foundational Training &
Strength Movements & Mechanics 🏋🏽

We'll also be using 3 Regulation Baskets + 2 shooting machines!

What players will need to bring:
Basketball 🏀
Lunch/Healthy Snack 🍎
Water/ Sports Beverage 🧃
