VMMA is a family. Together, we learn, laugh and love. The pratice of VMMA is comprised of internal force, self-defense, weapons, fitness, health care and prevention. We have classes for students ages six years - older adults. Our goal is not to fight but to increase self-defense, personal discipline, motivation, self-esteem, awareness, self-control and leadership.
