Calling all current and future volleyball rock stars!

On Saturday, October 10th, Charlot Gymnastics will host our final Volleyball clinic of the year! This is an event you won't want to miss.

Join us from 12:15pm - 1:15pm for an action-packed hour filled with drills, skill practice, and technique designed to build confidence and excitement on the court!

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month

On Tuesday, September 22nd Charlot Gymnastics staff will wear purple, teal, or both to help raise awareness about su***de prevention. We would love for our Tuesday families and athletes to join us!

Raising awareness helps encourage open conversations about mental health, reduce stigma, and remind those who may be struggling that support is available and they are not alone. By wearing these colors together, we can share a message of hope, compassion, and support throughout our Charlot Gymnastics community.

Today, we celebrate all the wonderful grandparents and grandparent figures who are some of our athletes’ biggest cheerleaders! From rides to practice and encouragement from the sidelines, to celebrating every new skill, your love and support mean so much.

Our coaches and athletes dressed in gold to help spread awareness for childhood cancer and show their support for the brave children and families facing this fight.

Today, Charlot Gymnastics pauses to remember September 11, 2001.

In gymnastics, we teach our athletes that true strength is not only shown through the skills they perform – it is also found in courage, resilience, and lifting one another up.

Today, we honor the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the families forever impacted by this day. May we also remember the incredible strength and unity shown throughout our nation.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Wearing gold is a simple but meaningful way to show support for children and families affected by childhood cancer, honor the brave fighters, and help bring more awareness to this important cause.

Coach Jeremy is awesome, cool, and amazing with our athletes! He brings so much fun, encouragement, and energy to every class. He also has been doing an incredible job with our new Hero Academy program.
