DOJO ONKO YODAN. Instilling discipline in our children means believing in them even when they want to stop practicing the martial art of karate. When you practice karate, you don't just train your body; you live it with your heart. There are days of fatigue, of doubt, of not wanting to go to training, of wanting to give up... but it is precisely there that true character is forged. Every time a child decides not to give up, they learn that discipline is love in the long run. That perseverance overcomes fear. That finishing what you start is also a form of respect. We don't take them to the Dojo (Karate School) just to train punches, kicks, and defenses; we take them so they can learn to get back up, to persevere, to overcome their fears, and to believe and trust in themselves. Not giving up in karate gives them strength for life. That's why we are the great karate family. DON'T GIVE UP ON KARATE, STRENGTH FOR LIFE. WE ARE YUISHINKAN IN HOUSTON Tx.
