The free game is this:
When someone is in pain- at least one of their joints don’t work the way they’re supposed to/ there has been damage to some of the tissue.
Identify what’s wrong: lack of joint motion, damage to tissue, or if it’s weak.
Then give it exactly what it needs. Have tools prepared for each scenario and understand the steps that come after.
What if you’ve been making it complicated because you had too much information, and most of it was noise.
You’ve taken all this education and you’ve been meaning to go back to it so you can figure out how to use it.
But you never do.
How much money and time have you wasted?
You don’t feel confident in session because you know there’s a gap and you don’t know what to do when your client is hurt, or even how to apply the mobility work they actually need.
And you keep wasting time researching a fix for a specific problem when you get home at night after a day full of sessions.
You’re wasting your time and working towards burnout.
You need a proven framework that allows you to cut through the bu****it - regardless of the injury you’re dealing with.
That’s what the Mobility Mechanic Method does for you.
Every time a client says this hurts or my hip is tight- you lean the f**k in because you know exactly what to do and you can’t wait to flex.
I’ve got verifiable proof I can teach you no matter what your modality is- it transfers.
Cohort 2 launches this summer - it will be a purposefully small group because I’ll be supporting you in real time and telling you exactly what to do, why, and how, anytime you have a question.
Quality > Quantity
Digital course will be available this summer as well-and if you invest in that - it counts towards the mentorship should you choose to step up- no time expiration.
And in person Bay Area workshop coming this summer or fall as well.
Dm me Fix about any of these🫡
