Excited to share that I’ve started a new role as Pilates Manager at Equinox, Union St. & Van Mission locations! I’m so grateful for the support and truly happy to continue teaching Pilates and sharing my expertise with this amazing community. As a Cancer Exercise Counselor, this makes Equinox’s commitment to Cycle for Survival especially meaningful to me—raising vital funds for rare cancer research is a cause close to my heart. Nearly 3 months post labrum hip repair surgery update: walking is a gift that I certainly took for granted. I now think about my posture, gait and imbalance while walking. This photo reminds me to engage my core, slow down, take breaks, as I feel balance on my right and left side while walking!
