You do not have to heal your heartbreak.

If you can look at the mirror and see your true self, you have all the riches of this world.

I used to attract only unavailable men until I woke up one sh*tty morning and realized that the common denominator in all my relationships is me.

Not him, not them.

Me.

I had shown up in all of them.

It was a difficult truth to accept and it felt like swallowing a hard-boiled egg whole.

It was always easier for me to play the victim.

(Or the seductress in some cases – but that’s another post.)

Less ownership.

Less discomfort.

Less change.

It was always easier for me to feel sorry for myself.

That was my way of avoiding the fact that I didn't want to be in a relationship that required me to work on myself.

So of course, I created experiences that sucked.

I was available for my own fantasy, and nothing else.

“Oh, one day he will realize how madly in love with me he is…”

Until that morning when I picked up the phone and cut ties with the fantasy.

I admit I could have done it much more skillfully.

Still, I did it.

I cut ties with

⛔️ Unavailability

⛔️ Inconsistency

⛔️ Unpredictability

– that were all familiar to me because of my earliest experience with the absence of my mother.

It seems simple, like basic math for the mind.

But it’s algebra for the heart.

Sometimes we need to wait forty years before we are ready to revisit that moment.

It’s okay.

Pain is patient. (Too patient in some cases.)

It’s ready when you are.

You have done years of good therapy and taken many classes.

You are smart and successful, kind and beautiful.

Yet you don’t seem to create a different future.

This is NOT because something is wrong with you.

You are NOT broken. You do NOT need fixing.

This is because your pattern (“unavailable men”) is imprinted through all the layers of your being.

Like it or not, in order to transform, you don’t need more formulas and more advice –

You need to be willing to see yourself differently, to take a different perspective.

We are not bodies having a spiritual experience, but Spirits in human form.

This is why the foundation of this work starts with a daily energy practice,

A zooming-out to witness yourself as your Self (with a capital S) sees you.

In this way you cultivate a new perspective of you.

This energy practice is the vehicle for all the other work we do together and with it you create lasting change.

Why?

Because we are masters at fooling ourselves.

Our mind is conditioned to want what it sees and see what it wants– which is usually the same ol’, same ol’.

But energy (the essence of you) does not lie.

Energy does not speak English.

It knows the Truth.

It IS the Truth.

It knows WHO YOU ARE underneath your coping mechanisms.

That’s why in order for you to shift your current reality, it’s crucial that you learn to

💟 Tune into your own energy.

💟 Embody it.

💟 Harness it.

💟 Regulate it.

💟 Redirect it.

When you finally start taking responsibility for the energy you put out and the energy you let in,

There are no “unavailable men”.

There are no “clingy women”.

There’s only you in alignment or out of alignment with your conscious Self.

If you want to change your relationships,

Stop focusing on him.

Know yourself first.

This world wants you free.

So does He.

Next time, you do not want to lose yourself in a relationship.

You know very well that if you do, you end up resenting the guy because you ended up putting your own needs and dreams on the back burner.

And that’s not fair – neither to you nor to him.

But remember, the programming runs deep.

And you are ready to change that, for yourself as well as for all the generations that came before you.

Sounds like a heroic act – because it is.

That’s why you might be the black sheep in the family.

All your siblings are married with kids, or already divorced.

You’ve taken the path less traveled.

You have worked so hard to become self-aware and self-sufficient.

You’re actually pretty happy alone.

Why risk it?

I understand.

If I had a chance to give one piece of advice to myself ten years ago,

This is it:

Trust yourself. Trust the process. When the right person shows up, it'll be impossible to lose yourself.

He will help you discover parts of yourself that you have kept hidden – even from yourself.

And you will do that to him as well.

In a way, you’ll end up finding yourself, instead.

So don’t worry.

You can have both – yourself AND the relationship.
