For the second year in a row we are offering an INTRO TO STRENGTH TRAINING SERIES for folks who want to develop great form, learn how to modify exercises to accommodate for injuries and launch a strength training routine that will serve you for life.

When: Jan 11- Feb 1 on Sundays at 11am and Wednesdays at 8am (we will take one Sunday off over MLK weekend).

Where: 17 Reasons Athletic Club (1920 Bryant St).

What: Small group training (limited to 10 people) run by Shannon Boughn who has been teaching and coaching for over 25 years and supported by Cynthia Hester (Certified Integrated Health Coach and Hormone Health and ACE Certified Fitness Trainer) and Kathe Sweeney (Schwinn certified instructor at 17RAC)

How to sign up: Register on the 17 Reasons Mindbody browser or app by selecting “view pricing” and then selecting “fitness challenges” and then selecting “Small group training.” If you have any trouble, just message us and we will figure out how to get you registered
