Erin Kreitz's mission is to help women rebuild, rise, and reclaim themselves through wellness, courage, and community!! This page was created to encourage those who aren't able to be in my Inspirator Fitness Boot Camps, those who may need an extra bit of motivation to keep moving, maybe motivate us all to live life loud and embrace the challenges that happen when we least expect it. incredible daughters, ages 12,8 and a 2, all 3 are medical miracles. Through their journeys we learned that time can't be wasted and we need to enjoy life loudly! To live vibrantly, have FUN, not worry about things we can't control. Both my husband and I took on the mantra "Embrace Life's Challenges" during this time, which has helped us not only as parents, but as partners, friends, family, athletes and business owners. Without question, my * MISSION* in life is to help other women feel, through taking care of their unique health & fitness goals, that they are worthy and capable of doing so much more than they dreamed possible. You see, when being part of the Hospital Mom Club with each of my dynamic daughters, I know we've been given a 2nd chance with all 3 of them. 3/3. Thus, their unique selves will always feel the courage, strength, abilities and support to shine brighter than the Sun! That carries over to my clients. This carries over to YOU- the Community of Inspirator Coaching & Fitness! Nurturing and strengthening YOU from the inside out, to make the most incredible changes, allowing your lives to SOAR in the most dynamic ways possible. That is such an honor!! That is a gift to be given the opportunity to help YOU and my 1:1 and Small Group Clients grow. For when these women grow, they radiate confident joy to all around them. Family is the most important thing in the world, as is enjoying life in your healthiest and most dynamic way possible. Being a competitive athlete, training is an integral part of my life. As is being REAL about time and training. Creating effective HIIT workouts that are time efficient. Fitting in training at home or while traveling. Not finding excuses, but finding ways to stay committed to the goals. Finding your own "Workout Windows" anywhere and anytime. So in essence I am:

There are moments when you can almost feel the chapter turning. This one hit fast. 🍂

In the same week, I celebrated my Mom turning 80- kites on the Bay, dinner exactly how she wanted it, stories I’d never heard before, her whole face glowing as she blew out the candles- and I moved my Emerson into her dorm at Occidental College, watching her build a space and community that are entirely hers.

Eighty years fully lived on one side. A brand new chapter beginning on the other. And there I was standing right in the middle of it, thinking: time moves so much faster than we expect it to.

Somewhere in it all, I quietly opened the doors to the next Inspirator Retreats. No big launch. I just shared what I was creating, straight from my heart. And women showed up, straight from theirs.

💕✨💕 Because so many of us are ready to ask: What do I want now? Who am I becoming? What’s still waiting to come forward?

You don’t need a crisis to give yourself permission to change. You just need a little space to breathe, laugh, move, and get curious again. Repeat that- you don’t need a crisis, you need to give yourself permission to turn the page.

That’s what we’re building together.

When we saw The Head & The Heart sing Rivers and Roads this Summer in Montana, Emerson and I both teared up. She said, “Mom, before we know it, you’ll be bringing me to college and this song is us.”

It has been a week since Emerson, Makenzie and I drove my packed car to the Eagle Rock neighborhood to move Emerson into Occidental College! 🧡🖤

The days were filled with laughter, teasing, love, nerves, meeting new friends, parent workshops and excitement. An abundance of excitement as Em was glowing in her new home for the next four years!

There was a Soccer Team Dinner on Tuesday night, and while it was amazing to meet the coach again and other families, it was even better to see Emerson acclimated to her new team so easily! After we hugged goodbye, Makenzie and I both looked at each other with an acknowledgment of, “And she is off and ready!”.

Every time I talk to Emerson, she is bubbling with excitement and happy! That is all you can wish for your kids, for them to thrive wherever they are. She is thriving and now Oxy Tigers have part of my heart in their Oxy Family!

When she called me today, my heart truly swelled and I teared up in happiness. She was bubbling in excitement with her roommate, teammates, dormmates and new friends. She found her place, filled with opportunities to expand her effervescent self, soaring far and wide!! 🐅⚽️

Also…my Mom heart is filled beyond measure. All I have ever wanted was all 3 of my girls to love on each other, celebrate each other for who they are, and be close as close can be despite being far apart in age at 22,18,12. The bonds between them is palpable, and my cup is overflowing with love and pride. So very grateful. ❤️

And just like that, Finley is off to Junior High today! 7th grade will be a great year, and I can’t wait to watch her grow!!!

Today is a huge energy day. Energy attracts energy. Repeat that 5 times to lean into what it means, as the energy you put out to the world is the energy you will receive in return. 💗

However, with micro steps we can create macro action to change the trajectory of our lives.

Join me as I share the process of Release & Receive, and how when you put pen to paper and speak your intentions and goals to the Universe, it listens. It works, and it is a process I was taught, and have shared at every one of the Inspirator Retreats, at company workshops, to C-Suite Execs, etc.

Also, a thought that came to me when on my Peloton today in regards to huge life challenges. It is probably a morphing of many I have read over the years, yet this thought hit and needs to be shared.

“Your life is NOT defined by the challenges that happen to you. It is defined by how you rise to after, and the person you grow into along the way.”

Remember that, hold onto that, as YOU are worthy of living your amazing life possible!

You are your OWN Inspirator!!!

Happy 81st Birthday Dad! ♥️

What an amazing Dad you were and always will be, and best Bobby to my girls and nephews!! As your fave Tina Turner says, outside of Mom Tina of course, “You’re simply the best, better than all the rest!”.

Today marks Dad’s 3rd Heavenly, and it still feels so raw sometimes. Other days it feels like I’ve been talking to him, while wishing on his star, for years. So often I want to pick up the phone to call him, to talk and hear his voice. To get “Bob Advice” as my Dad knew everything and was so kind about answering your questions. Last night at midnight was ironically one of those times.

I smelled gas in the laundry room, went to call Dad but I can’t, and called my brother to help. Tyler and I both said it was a Dad Moment, and I called non-emergency Fire. Firemen came and gratefully all ok, did as I was supposed to do and the girls were amazing, and I wanted to talk to Dad. Let him know we were fine, and the house is ok. Then he would follow up teasing me about loving firefighters, just not meeting them like that.

Dad actually did tease me that after he had a heart episode in 2023 and the fire department came to the house. It was scary that night, and the next day when he was ok, he said he was being dramatic since he trying to help me meet an a strong and empathetic next partner! Always with a twinkle in his eyes at his cleverness in crazy situations.

It’s these little moments when I want to hear his voice so badly. To share something amazing- like the recent accomplishments of the girls, their Summer adventures, our Montana and Idaho adventure, seeing a grizzly up close, planting my vegetable garden, talk about the brilliant sunsets, or plan a visit to Alameda, solely for laughs while tanning by the pool and hugs.

On my Dad’s birthday, I invite you to make a visit to your parents (or plan one soon!). Spend time to simply talk, walk, listen to music and be together. So grateful for every moment with my Dad, it was never enough and he was simply the BEST!

Cheers Dad, Happy 81st Birthday!! I love you so much!

On this Father’s Day, I feel like I am channeling my Dad in the biggest way. 💗🌄Goodness I miss him, and wish I could call him to say we saw a Grizzly at Glacier National Park!! And on Summer Solstice no less, Dad’s favorite day of the year.

It was a dream to bring my girls here, and the love of taking them inspired by my Dad. If you knew my Dad, you know he loved road trips, visiting National and State Parks, taking in the small moments, and finding the random places to go, and eat at the best dives everywhere.

We are doing that right now. Lucky 11 years ago - literally at this time of June 21-27th, 2015- Dad, Finley and I took a road trip driving the Loneliest Highway to Great Basin National Park, followed by Arches and Glenwood Springs.

My Dad gave the best hugs, loved with every ounce of his being, made every stranger feel like a best friend and lived every day fully!! He taught my siblings and the girls and I how a Father loves with intention, dedication and unconditionally. Happiest Father’s Day to the best!! Hug your Dad tight, say I love you a bazillion times and live life now!

Emerson has graduated from Boise High School!!

Much more to share about my amazing, loving, dynamic, inclusive, thoughtful and smart Emerson over the next few days.

Right now, I wanted to share this pic as it exudes the love 💗 and joy in my girls celebrating each other! Our pride for Emerson and her special time in life, loving on her magical chapter of high school graduation!

Today is Finley’s promotion from Elementary School, and as I type this, Emerson is take her to a special breakfast together. Makenzie and Emerson will be there to celebrate her special day. Three huge milestones in a 2 week window of College, High School and Elementary School graduations is a lot for a Mom, and also for all 3 of my girls. Watching them love, support, celebrate and lean into the joy of each other’s special days has been such a gift. I will truly remember the looks of pride on each of their faces as they celebrated their sisters for the rest of my life. So grateful for this magical time for us!!!

10,000 Maniacs “These Are The Days” was played on my graduation day, and I am feeling it all now. For all of you parents of graduates and graduates, lean in and be present.

And just like that, Makenzie received a BA in Communication from Boise State University!

I am so proud of Makenzie, her hard work, dedication, determination to dig deep to find the right major and career pathway and joyful disposition every step of the way. I blinked and she went from being a two year old trying to negotiate having more Pirate’s B***y in both hands, while on the swing, to now negotiating the art of human connection.

Makenzie will soar wherever she goes, with fleet feet and her beauty Makenzie-isms that have always made me smile. Proud Mama moment, so very proud!!

BIG adventures await Kenz, now as a BSU Graduate! 🎓💙🧡

In light of Senior Sunday, sharing some love for my sweet, funny, smart, loving, athletic, brilliant and phenomenal Emerson McCafferty Shirey!

As I look ahead to Emerson’s last days at Boise High, and fresh adventures ahead at Occidental College, I can’t help but feel admiration, pride, gratitude and love in being her Mama. The last 4 years she has shined in resilience, courage, strength, determination, compassion, integrity and an abundance of love. The deep love is what makes Emerson, EMERSON!

Only a few more Senior Sundays left, but I’ll be celebrating this Senior every single day!
