🏆 The Road to the USGAA Finals Has Begun 🏆

Hundreds of players, supporters, families, and friends gathered at Páirc na nGael last weekend as the San Francisco GAA Championship Cup season got underway.

The opening round featured six championship matches across hurling, Gaelic football, and ladies Gaelic football as clubs began their quest to qualify for the USGAA Finals later this summer. From exciting scores and standout performances to the camaraderie that makes Gaelic games special, it was a memorable weekend on Treasure Island.

We've posted a full recap of the results along with dozens of photos of the weekend's action.

The Championship Cup continues this Sunday, June 21, with another exciting slate of matches at Páirc na nGael. We hope to see you there as the race for championship honors continues.

And don't forget to save the date for Championship Cup Finals Day on August 2!

If you ever get to Oʻahu, make your way to Kailua on Sunday morning and have a puck around with Hawai'i Hurling, Hawai’i’s first (and only?) hurling club. That's what Tipperary and San Francisco GAA PRO, William Wayland, did on holiday.
