Curious about barbell lifting or want to revisit form basics? Come take the Intro to SBD Barbell Lifting clinic, where we will go over form and cues for squatting, benching, and deadlifting with a barbell. Over the course of two hours we will practice each of the lifts, review weight room etiquette, and discuss general strength training topics like autoregulation and progressive overload.
