NP x Adidas Demo Run 👟☕️

Next Saturday we’re teaming up with Adidas and our friends for a morning around Lake Merritt.

Come test out the new Adizero Evo SLs, get some miles in, and hang for some coffee and pastries courtesy of Adidas.

HAPPY GLOBAL RUNNING DAY 🐕🏃‍♀️🏃🩵

Today we celebrated by running through Mission Dolores with our favorite friends and pups 🐶 (shoutout to for hooking us up with some new running leashes)

Got plans this evening? Come out and celebrate for our monthly happy hour @ Dolores Park (6 PM). Enjoy some sun and BYOB (blankets, beers, banh mi) 🍻

Friday we are Buena Vista Park for some hill repeats!

Another Friday Hills in the books 📚 s/o for leading 🏔️

Here’s what we got coming up next week:
- Sunday Trail Run: A few members are planning an unofficial trail run on Sunday. Hop in Heylo for the details.
- Track Tuesday will be at Polo Field (Kezar Stadium will be closed for graduation)
- Global Running Day (Wednesday): Join us for a casual 5k run next Wednesday to celebrate Global Running Day (no bag drop next week so plan accordingly)
- Happy Hour @ Dolores Park (Wednesday evening): The sun is OUT for so we’ll be hanging at Dolores Park for our next happy hour 🍻
- Friday Hills at Buena Vista

Happy birthday 🥳

This morning we celebrated the only way Bill knows how...with a non-stop partner workout 💪. Awful mile is officially out // Huffman partner is in 😎

WE HAVE SO MUCH COOL S**T COMING UP!
• June 3rd is global running day! We'll be doing a casual 5k around the Mission instead of our usual workout (no bag drop) & heading back to the park in the evening for our monthly social
• June 13th we have a shoe demo with and at Lake Merritt
• June 17th Sunrise 6k out at Treasure Island
• July 26th SF Marathon volunteering

Thanks for joining this morning for Friday Hills as we tackled the absolutely absurd Filbert Steps on our way up to Coit Tower 😮‍💨

We ended our run with a lovely run down the Embarcadero in search for SF’s newest celebrity, Chonkers, but he was no where to be found 😢

What a week!! Track on Tuesday // bodyweight partner workout on Wednesday // hill repeats on Friday - we're really doing it all 😍
