I am my own competition 🏆 while I wait to receive my stage photos from Masters USA that I competed in last weekend, I was just able to receive my Iron Games photos from November 5th. I won overall 🏆 on November 5th then worked with coach to improve my physique to be about 15% better than what we put on stage here. Going to put in the work and discipline in my off-season to build a package that will lead me to the IFBB pro league. I may have not gotten it this year, but a huge improvement from last year … and cannot wait to see the photos from last weekend to show my two week improvement 🙏 hungry for that pro card and ready to put in the work off-season now 💪💪

That’s all folks! End of my 2022 season! I brought a stronger package to the Master USA Nationals stage from what I brought to Iron Games two weeks ago. That is THE win. The judging is subjective, but I do take their critics to improve - and with that - I’ll be working hard in the off-season with coach to build a pro package 💪 and hit the stage again when we know we have made progress 🙏 thank you for your support! I’ll earn my IFBB pro card - it just wasn’t this year. Congratulations to ALL the athletes!
