Our goal is to spread the love of an active and healthy lifestyle through padding and working out, inclusion, and community work. We're a passionate group that gives back to the community, up-leveling our fitness, and ultimately having a great time together. Outrigger paddling and outdoor workouts are held in various locations. Many of us volunteered at this year’s Chinese New Year parade earlier this year and the organizers treated us to a “Volunteers thank you” lunch and bowling day. We bowled a ton of games and enjoyed some delicious food. Plus, we even snagged some raffle prizes. Who can resist those adorable Chinese-themed Hello Kitty plushes?

We had a great group of new dragon boaters join us during their trial period! They received personalized coaching from one of our coaches, and they all did amazingly! 👏

Many of our new participants from our friends and family day are excited to paddle in early November race. We’re looking for more people to join us on the boat. This race is designed to be welcoming to beginners!

Just a friendly reminder that you can always come paddle with us a few times without commitment to experience dragon boating. So, don’t miss out!

Our dragon boating community is full of amazing people! We’re so glad the sport gives us an active lifestyle and that it’s welcoming to everyone, no matter their age or size.
