Their mission is to share Shaolin culture with the American people. Shaolin Temple USA teaches Shaolin Kung Fu Chan (Zen) through the disciplines of Shaolin Kung Fu and Qigong. Students of all backgrounds, faiths, ages and athletic abilities are welcome at Shaolin Temple USA. Shaolin Kung Fu is a time-tested, comprehensive system for physical and spiritual wellness. At Shaolin Temple USA Culture Centers, students learn and grow from traditional Shaolin training and culture. Shaolin Chan cultivation and training disciplines transcend language and cultural difference as a direct form of growth and understanding. Students find many paths to the Temple. Some students seek to build better health and spiritual well-being, while others train for self-defense or flexibility. Disciplined training enhances harmony of body and mind.

May, is the National Asian Pacific American Heritage month. We will be hosting the First Shaolin Temple APAH celebration event on 5/15. It will be the first of it’s kind in the bay area. On May 15th, we invite you to celebrate our culture, our traditions and more importantly our love within this beautiful community together. Dance, eat, drink, be wowed and have fun!
