TLFit is a high energy cardio dance workout that is so much fun you don’t realize how hard you are working! My background in dance, music and fitness make my classes unique. These are full-body workouts that make the most of your hour and keep things fresh! I always incorporate a mix of music to engage a wider audience, am continually seeking new music and movements to challenge myself as well as

my students, and always remember to give modifications to keep these classes open to a wider range of people. I hope people not only get a fantastic workout to help them in their physical health journey, but become comfortable in their own skin, and gain confidence in themselves while DANCING IT OUT! As an instructor I want all my students to feel comfortable in their own skin, free to express all facets of their personality, stress-free environment, motivated to challenge themselves and leave class spent but happy😊 Never been to a TLFit class?
