Bayview Footprints is a network of informal BVHP Member Groups building community, supporting resident leadership, and contributing to a balanced story about our beloved neighborhood. The “walking footprints” graphic (by Malik Seneferu and Tom Kennedy) represents the strength of diversity and a recognition that our past, present and future are inseparable. The Network began at the Bayview Branch L

ibrary in 2007 as a collaboration of the Bayview History Preservation Project, Blue Dolphin Youth Swim Team, nOzmind, the Quesada Gardens Initiative, and Think Round Inc./Children’s Mural Program. Unable to find support for their efforts due to their informal status, these groups supported one another, and opened the network to other "off-the-radar" groups.
