⭐Saturday August 13th Your first and most recent acro photo/video. Yep, this is a two part-er. We want to see your progress! Where did you start? Whatcha up to now? Oooh…. Looking good!

⭐Sunday August 14th True Essence Show Revealed! Show us who you really are! An acro photo or pic that captures you in the fullest-- like the inside of your heart/soul/mind. Is that too much to ask? :)

⭐Monday August 15th Role Reversal-- an exercise in empathy! Let’s see you basing if you normally fly! Midding, if that is not usually your style! Etc.

It’s a funny thing. I always thought extended tricks were out of my reach because the only entries I saw were bigger male bases push or dead pressing their tiny flyers up there. But almost 3 years ago I saw a femme pair using a step up version, and the possibility was unlocked. Now we have found several ways to get into this trick. It’s amazing what representation and seeing someone more like yourself in this practice can do. Just that whisper of “It’s Possible” keeps me in this game. I still can’t do this trick the way I originally imagined it, but I love that we have 4 alternatives . . .And yeah, I’m going to keep using until we don’t need a hashtag to find more of us basing these skills.

What a fun and silly trick that challenged us to at

It’s supposed to go to rF2H but we are working the mechanics in reverse two high for now. Best two attempts up front, then all the hilarious outtakes to follow. It’s actually much better than a week ago, but hard to tell from the videos! Good jumping !!

A few highlights from our Traincation with .moonbeam.acro and out at Highly recommend this experience for a truly personalized, organized, thoughtful, and productive training. Above and beyond my expectations for a fun, safe, and sweet way to connect over an intense amount of drills and coaching sessions. I loved every minute of it!! Go get yourself some :)
