It took something as simple as noticing my hair texture changing through the month to finally see the pattern.
Once I understood that my cycle affects everything — my recovery, my mood, my sensitivity, my focus, my boundaries — it felt like the missing page of a manual I should have received years ago.
The biggest change for me was recognizing that luteal “moodiness” wasn’t moodiness…
It was clarity.
