mtd - Muay Thai Diaries We believe that everyone should know how to make a proper fist.

Join our class to learn how to punch, kick and knee like a real Muay Thai fighter without the intimidation of real fight training (aka no face punches or roundhouses to the head in this class). You will learn proper technique to sharpen your skills and training methods to up your cardio fitness. We also hope that you will become inspired by the beauty and tradition of Muay Thai and continue on with our regular classes.

Try this recipe by Coach !
Ground Turkey
1/2 Red Onion (Chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger (Chopped)
3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
2 Tbsp Amino Acids
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp EVOO
1/4 Cup Edamame
1 Bunch Fresh Basil (roughly chopped)
1 Tsp Fish Sauce
1 Tsp Sugar
Lettuce Cups -sautΓ© onions, garlic and ginger together with the 1tbsp evoo until softened. Remove from pan
-brown ground turkey with 1tbsp evoo
-add cooked ingredients to the turkey and stir in amino acids, fish sauce, sugar and sesame oil. Cook together for 1 minute -stir in fresh basil and edamame
Serve warm or cold in lettuce cups
