FALL GROUP FITNESS IS HERE, GATORS! 🐊💜💛

NEW CHECK-IN PROCESS
When you arrive at the Mashouf for your class:

1️⃣ Check in at the Service Desk closest to your class location:
• First Floor Classes → Front Desk
• Second Floor Classes → Second Floor Fitness Desk

2️⃣ After checking in, you’ll receive a Group Fitness Class Pass confirming you are officially checked in.

3️⃣ Bring your pass with you and give it to your Group Fitness Instructor when you enter class.

Register. Check in. Grab your Class Pass. Get moving. 💜

These Group Fitness Classes are FREE with active membership. We can’t wait to see you join us for a class this fall, Gators! 🐊

We loved seeing everyone take a break from their busy schedules to relax, get creative, and make their own self-care essentials! From mixing body scrubs to creating personalized room sprays, it was an afternoon filled with creativity, connection, and wellness. 🧴🌸

A little reminder that self-care isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity! 💆‍♀️

Before you get your workout started, make sure you’re officially checked in! Follow these 3 easy steps when attending a Group Fitness class at the Mashouf Wellness Center:

1️⃣ Check in at the front desk or second-floor service desk
2️⃣ Grab your Group Fitness Class Pass 🎟️
3️⃣ Give your pass to your instructor when you arrive at the studio, then you’re ready to go! 💪
