what if you could condense your hour and a half hammer workout into a minute?!🤪 AMAZING class this afternoon with 🙏🏻🏋🏻‍♀️✨ as I’ve been quarantining since March with all my ballet limited to a 5x6 square of marley over a cement floor, my jumping is minimal. My last grande allegro is a distant memory 😭 these workouts are perfect for keeping the power and strength in my legs and core while challenging my stamina like never before! FEELING GOOD!!!!!!🎉
