Here's the info on the equipment sale this evening:

We will be posting the remaining inventory and price list here by 2:30 p.m. as well as the details about how the sale will work.

The sale will be tonight from 5-6:30 for SFCF members and 6:30 to 8 p.m. for non-members.

We are having some problems posting on our website so here is tomorrow’s Outdoor WOD. It’s all about the “accessorizing!”

A) 45 second weighted plank + 10-12 happy stars. Go every 2 minutes for 4 rounds

B)1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 not for time

*curtsy step downs/leg
*db hang clean to push press (50/35lb) *weighted kang squat
*row on railing or strict pullup on railing

-1 db on back for kang squat, use pair of dbs for hang clean to push press

Another challenging day out in the parking lot today. All classes are canceled for today (Friday) and we will try again tomorrow (Saturday September 12th).

SFCF Community

Our air quality is a big challenge today and it is showing no signs of improvement. We have decided to cancelling all afternoon and evening classes today to keep everyone safe.(9/10).
