It's time to treat yourself. It can be a big treat or a little treat....
Just do something fun and nice for yourself.

It may be the gift of time. It may be something yummy or it may be doing nothing at all!

DAY 2 of the self love challenge! Is today! Yesterday was "buy yourself flowers" day and here are mine!

Today: 15 minutes of doing nothing. And either:

1. Write a love note to yourself (note card, journal or any paper will do)

2. Write a list of 10 things you love about yourself! Post it on a mirror or save to your phone so you can remind yourself how amazing you are!
