You’re going to want to save this one! It is my go to interval running workout. I do this at least once a week. Most weeks I’ll do it 2 or 3 times. It’s a good mix of walking and running if you are like me and don’t love running straight for a long distance. It’s also a good stroller friendly workout. (pictured here ☺️)
