Anxiety - normally hits us on that first tee. Heart pumping, tightness, lack of focus. For me, It’s gotten a bit worse as I’ve gotten older…. Many ways to calm the mind, “take the edge off” not all healthy. But sometimes necessary! The ability to think clearly and calmly is a powerful skill and can be trained through various techniques and methods. Breathing is key. Finding a reliable and effective technique takes practice and doesn’t always mean 3 cocktails and a can of zyn…. Chronic anxiety can require more than that, not technical but mental training and guidance. Interested to hear your thoughts and experiences
