Don’t forget to log your minutes for the rest of the month - students are falling behind! There is still time to register... head to godonsgetfit.org (you can even add past minutes!). 🗣️

Earn minutes by joining us for the Dahlia Art Walk this Thursday, Oct. 16 - meet in front of Gleeson Library at 12 PM. ⛅️🌁✨

You can also earn minutes by looking for Gnomad, our gnome on the roam who moves to different locations each week.

The first Self-Defense Workshop is on Thursday, 8/28 @ 5-6:30pm (Hagan Gym)

The first topic is, Walk before running: Basics of evasion skills. This module is suitable for individuals of all experience levels to safely disengage from potential confrontations. Participants will learn and practice fundamental physical evasion skills and verbal de-escalation strategies. 📝
