Pilot Health Advocates

I am the founder and president of Pilot Health Advocates, Inc.®, an independent healthcare advocacy practice located in the San Francisco Bay Area. She earned a B.S.B.A. in Accounting, magna cm laude, with graduate study in Accountancy at Golden Gate University. As a Certified Senior Advisor®, my practice is amplified with a special focus upon seniors as they embark upon the increasingly complex

and specific socio-medical issues they face. I received my post-graduate education from the University of Miami's, and am a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. From 2012 through 2014 I served as the chair of the Education Committee for the National Association of Healthcare Advocacy Consultants. Having graduated magna cm laude with an Accounting major from the University of Alabama, I am a member of the scholarly honor society Phi Kappa Phi. Community is vital to me. As an amateur classical pianist, I have had the privilege of entertaining residents in long-term care facilities. I enjoy writing, and my critiques of some of the San Francisco Opera Company's productions are published online at the ConcertoNet.com website. I provide pro bono advocacy services, am a member of the San Francisco Neighborhood Emergency Response Team (NERT), and volunteered for several years for Project Open Hand. I have also served on the Steering Committee for Conard House, a local nonprofit organization which provides long-term transitional resources enabling those with disabling psychiatric issues to become autonomous.
