The Yard has expanded our HYROX Performance Training schedule at Tam Junction! Whether you’re training for an upcoming race or looking to level up your conditioning, our expanded schedule give you more opportunities to get after it:

Monday & Wednesday: 5:30–6:30 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00–7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00–10:30 AM
