Awaken the Inner Fire within w/Biodanza and Ta***ic Breathwork

Through the movements of Biodanza and Ta***ic Breathwork, we invite you to connect with the source of your inner core, or Fire, to tap into your inner power and vitality, fostering passion and enthusiasm. This helps rekindle our zest for life, our goals, potential, and purpose—a call to action and inspiration for living a meaningful life, while dissolving blockages and negativity. In doing so, we recognize ourselves as a unique identity. The expression of identity is the journey from within to the external world. In this 3-hour experience, we develop our human potential through movement and dance. It incorporates the body, love, biological integration, and the joy of living, using that energy to transform ourselves and he world.

Following a breathwork session, we’ll gently guide you through conscious breathing practices rooted in Ta**ra, helping to open energy pathways and invite deeper awareness into the body.

No experience needed—bring comfortable clothes, an open heart, and a willingness to explore.
Come as you are, leave more connected.

Date: Saturday, Aug 23rd , 5.45 PM to 8.30 PM

Artist Migration and the Yoga Society of San Francisco present the sixth annual East-West Music Festival, celebrating classical music from Europe, Latin America, and North India. The festival features renowned artists from around the world.
