Yesterday was National Stress Awareness Day, a perfect reminder to find your calm with us. 🧘🏻‍♀️🩷✨

Whether you joined a class, practiced breathing exercises, or tried meditation, we hope you took a moment for self-care. 🌟💪 Our classes offered an endorphin boost and taught healthy ways to handle stress, while meditation helped to clear minds and build resilience.
