San Fernando Wrestling Crossroads/San Fernando Youth Wrestling Team is a non-profit organization established to mentor kids.

Crossroads is a non-profit organization established to mentor, counsel, and train disadvantaged at-risk youth in the sport of wrestling. We provide them with purpose and a path to achieve their dreams and goals by motivating them to make the right choices. Crossroads is a positive support system that gives our youths hope, letting them know that they are not alone in this life. This program helps

them understand their true value with in the community they live in. My name is John Paez and I am the founder of Crossroads and an avid supporter of at-risk youth. I understand the importance of installing pride, dignity, and integrity in our youth. For the last 21 years, I have personally witnessed that sports can bring change in the lives of teenagers and young children. I can speak from experience, as I was born and raised in the city of Pacoima, CA and was labeled an “at-risk youth” myself. I was mentored by my wrestling coach, Samuel De John, and my Sensei, Blinky Rodriguez.

I just wanted to say thank you !!! Thank you for being the start of Brooklyns future. Thank you for always believing and seeing that she had a special talent and that was Wrestling. You helped shaped her early yrs in life and for that we will always be grateful to you and the tigers.
Good luck to Brooklyn as she makes her way to the next level!
