Nothing better after a day of work then getting on the mats with a bunch of great people and trying to kill each other.
If your gym experience consists of sets, reps, and time on cardio equipment you're missing out on a HUGE aspect of human movement . . . Play! And If you've never used every faculty you have; cardio, strength, flexibility, willpower and most importantly intelligence to simulate taking another person's life you are truly missing out!
P.S. shout out to for losing just short of 30lbs of fat this past month by switching up his lifestyle; training consistently with us on the mats and adopting a whole food plant based eating plan! Keep up the great work!
