7U and 1st and 2nd grade coaches, this play is for you.

At this age, misdirection is gold.

Purple first.
Yellow second.
Green last.

You can hand it off to any of them, or fake the handoff and hit Yellow or Red on the pass.

Same look. Different answer.

The key is simple: every young player has to run full speed and sell their job like they are getting the ball.

That is the real coaching point.

Not everyone gets the ball every play, but everyone helps the play work.

That is football.
That is teamwork.
That is how we grow young players with purpose.

This is not just a short phase.
