Preview of West Coast Sevens - San Diego Friday morning with Heather Lake and FOX 5 San Diego. See you Saturday for Gaelic Games and good craic!

More than 50 teams are coming in from around the U.S. and Canada to our finest city for Gaelic football, hurling, and camogie!

This year we are expanding to include an Irish festival area with food, beer from , Irish dance , entertainment, kids fun zone, and groups from the Irish community.

It will be a fun day for the family and a great way to connect with Gaelic sport and the Irish community. Entry and parking are free! Please follow our tournament Instagram at .

Our thoughts and prayers go out to St. Joseph's Hurling Club - Silicon Valley and San Francisco GAA. What a terrible loss for the community. San Diego GAA wish his family and friends support and warmth during this tragic time 💔

SFGAA are deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of Barry McGrath . A Galway native, Treasurer of our Board, Chairperson and player for St. Joseph's Hurling Club - Silicon Valley. He also played for San Francisco Sons of Boru/Celts, and was a highly regarded member of the Bay Area Irish community.

As we begin to process this tragic news, we will keep you informed as we receive further updates. We ask you to keep his Family and Friends in your thoughts and prayers.

Be creative and show everyone that America's Finest Irish Community lives in San Diego!
