I feel so grateful for this crew. 🥹 What sets Mind Body Badass apart is our instructors teach from the heart—because the VIBE and energy of a class matters just as much as the movement. They’re all true badasses.⁣

Recently a few of us gathered to take an Aerial Yoga class at Trilogy Sanctuary in La Jolla and it was so much fun! We have to practice what we preach and make time to fill up our own cups as teachers and a team, too. Big thanks to Amy Thai for leading us through a beautiful bonding experience. 🙏✨⁣
