Wow. This was the moment 2 years ago that I decided to turn my pain into my Power and Purpose to help others 💪✨ And look at me now only two years later!

I earned certifications as a Love Coach, Relationship Coach, Master Sexpert, and Matchmaker, and now have my own love and intimacy coaching business, Ace of Hearts, where I empower you to heal and experience the love you deserve ❤️. I am halfway through my Psychology PhD program 🤓 And I am living by the ocean with the warmest, sweetest, silliest, handsome-est, most loyal and dependable man and our sweet lil fuzzy friends 🐶 🐰 🐰💕

Loves, please stop settling for breadcrumbs and almost-commitments.

Stop diluting yourself to make yourself more palatable to what you think their taste is.

Stop lowering your standards and making excuses for them because you care about them and see “potential” in them.
🌹
Yes, they probably had a heart-breaking childhood and yes, their ex probably betrayed them so they have a hard time trusting. And your heart aches for them.

Your empathy is beautiful.✨
🌹
But it is not up to you to tirelessly prove you are different and that it is safe for them to love you, especially if the way they “love” you is dangerous to your emotional health and sense of self-worth.

You’re not helping them to grow or to learn to trust and love again by enabling their unhealthy behavior—you’re enabling codependence.
🌹
And you’re certainly not helping yourself.
🌹
In fact, you become so afraid that they’ll abandon you that you abandon yourself first, so there’s no one truly there for them to abandon and hurt.

You wonderful, huge-hearted, loving human — start showing up in your authenticity and start setting *and upholding* boundaries and watch how powerful and magnetizing YOU become.

Don’t dilute your beautiful, special “You-ness” to be what you think they want, because the healthy, loving partner who is meant for you is out there simply waiting for YOU to show up.

While you are healing, please be gentle with yourself and grant yourself grace. There is no time limit on grief, as grief is ever-evolving. The Law of Conservation of Energy offers that energy can be neither created nor destroyed, so while you are in this energy of seemingly never-ending pain, please trust that your Pain WILL transform into your Power 💪✨ All it takes is intention. Simply allow yourself to feel all of your emotions deeply (no not repress or bypass), process it, grow from it, and then take *imperfect* aligned action toward your Purpose. 🔥

You will look back at this painful ignition point in a year and be in absolute awe and gratitude as you recognize how it led you here, to your true, highest essence of beautiful, powerful luminescence ✨💕

1. You are allowing yourself the space away from them that you need in order to heal.

2. You are eliminating potential triggers.

3. You are setting a boundary.

4. You are preventing yourself from overthinking and ruminating.

5. You are providing an extra measure to prevent yourself from checking their social media.

6. You are creating less baggage and are being more respectful to your future partner.

7. You are not performing for them; You are living for YOU.
