Hey There & Welcome! I just want to give you a little background on me since some of you are new here! I am Krissy- a wife, fur baby mom & passionate to inspire, support & motivate others to live a better life. I can't even tell you how many times I tried dieting, I tried every "quick fix" in the books because healthy eating & working out only last two weeks tops!
--->Finally I decided I HAD to do something because I get one life and I wanted my life to improve. I wanted to be able to be comfortable with myself in my own skin. I wanted happiness. Finally I stuck with healthy eating & a good workout plan long enough to see results. I felt so amazing and was seeing great changes in my body. My overall outlook on life was more POSITIVE! I was hooked! Since then my whole LIFESTYLE has changed! I see positivity in life, have way more energy, & have enough fire inside to help get me through my struggles. This is why I am a Health & Wellness Coach. I was like a lot of others, unhappy & lost on where to start. I needed a reason for push and to hold myself accountable. This is why I share my journey & mentor others. It brings me happiness to be able to help others better their lives & help them become happier. I want to help others who feel how I used to feel improve their life. As a Health and Fitness Coach my job is to support & guide others in any way possible. I want them to reach their goals and succeed � I support, mentor & motivate to help them stay on track. I share my tips & tools to reach goals. I am an open book and open to any questions! Helping someone through their Health & Fitness Journey is my passion. We are on this journey together! Creating a community, making friendships & bettering our lives! Welcome! �️
