Offering Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes to the Linda Vista Community! Building Unity in the Community, One Student at a Time

Kids Classes:
Monday - Friday 5-6p, Saturday 10-11a

Adult Classes:
Sunday - Saturday 12-1:30p
Monday - Friday 6-7p and 7-8:30p

Yoga Classes:
Wednesday Yin Yoga 8:30-9:30p

Children's Program to help develop Self Confidence, a Strong Work Ethic and Build Long

Lasting Friendships. In addition children will gain the knowledge to defend themselves against BULLIES in a fun friendly environment. Women's Self Defense Program teaches women techniques to defend themselves against a stronger more aggressive attacker. Competition Program prepares Men, Women and Children to participate in this fast growing sport. These classes will teach you the most modern and effective techniques that will give you success against other practitioners. Overall benefits in training at 12.22.Jiu.Jitsu.
