Thanks to all the hardworking folks who put the rock🤘 in Mesa Rim. Seriously thank you to our setters, front desk team, coaches, instructors, facilities team, and more who make it happen!

And thank you to our members, guests, and all who climb, yoga, and fitness at Mesa Rim. You are what makes this place more than just some walls and plastic. Keep an eye out for August as it is member appreciation month and we will have lots in store for you!

Come to our Pride Celebration!

Tuesday, June 23rd, from 5-8 pm at Mesa Rim Mira Mesa

We will have free stickers created from the Pride flag our setters put up in 2024.

And local vendors, food, drinks, a Pride-themed route + boulder, a QCC meetup, and a print-making workshop.

And sandiegopride are hanging out for the night!

The first 50 participants with the will get FREE entry! Additional folks can purchase a $25 discounted day pass.

Camp Mesa Rim is in full swing!

There is a lot of excitement in our Approach and Summer Camps.

Approach Campers have the opportunity to learn how to lead climb! It is a more climbing-focused program perfect for young athletes aged 8-17 with some climbing experience. They also get to rappel, top rope climb, boulder, practice yoga, make new friends, play dodgeball, engage in climbing games, and more.

Summer Campers get to learn how to belay! They also top rope climb, crate stack, play climbing games, make new friends, learn yoga, boulder, do crafts, play basketball, and more. Summer Camp is perfect for young adventurers aged 6-13 and has activities tailored to their age and experience level.

What better way to spend summer than to stay active, climb walls, and have fun!

Summer camp is sold out (except for the week of June 29th), but we do have a waitlist available! Additionally, we have limited open spots in our Approach Camp.

Thanks for celebrating Asian Pacific Islander month with us at our Community Bouldering Competition!

We had a great time climbing, dancing, shopping with local vendors, enjoying and .sd , trying out , and hanging out with you all.

Over 130 scorecards were returned and entered to win some rad prizes like a crashpad, Black Mountain Guidebook, chalk, and more.

Missed the event? The competition climbs are still up for your enjoyment.

Come celebrate Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month with us on May 15th from 5-8 pm.

We are hosting a community bouldering competition (free with gym entry) along with a shoes demo, food truck, .sd, community orgs, local artists, and a DJ.

No registration necessary! Just grab a scorecard the night of the event. Participants will be entered into the raffle to win prizes like an Organic crash pad, Friction Labs chalk, Black Mountain guidebook, Tension training block, and more. *must be present to win*

The Vortinator is coming to a climbing gym near you!

Thanks to the help of two past campers, we hear about their hopes and dreams in life and the best parts about Camp Mesa Rim.

Our Summer Camps are filling up fast! Campers aged 6-13 learn the basics of bouldering and top rope climbing while also engaging in non-climbing activities like crate stacking and rappelling.

Check out our Approach Camps (ages 8-17) for a more climbing-focused experience and the opportunity to lead climb.
